We are looking for a charismatic, proactive and smart individual to join our growing company to take care of relationships, spreadsheets, track KPIs and treat our marketing affiliate partners like Kings.
You will primarily work with our existing marketing partners, majority of whom are based here in Europe. You will also get introduced to our personal network of partners in order to reach out to other potential partners and try to bring them onboard to promote us.
It is a plus if you are native Swedish, Norwegian or a Finn, as we have a wide network of partners with Scandinavian roots.
The main responsibilities boil down to four goals:
- engage existing partners
- maintain relationships
- recruit new affiliate partners
- report progress to the rest of the team
You will have direct impact on the growth and reputation of our products so you will have strong influence internally and the resources to back you up.
The ongoing task of maintaining relationships involves providing partners with the latest marketing material for our products and campaigns, keeping them ahead of the game with useful news, as well as responding to and helping with their ongoing inquiries. This includes sending weekly newsletters, sharing information via social media channels and being active in several online forums.
Besides the basic account management tasks described above, other recurring tasks include tracking performance and acting on any unexpected changes and the verification of monthly performance in order to settle invoices of active affiliate partners.
You will be required to travel (mainly Europe) a few times a year to attend exhibitions and represent the company while meeting and greeting partners to strengthen existing relationships and connect with new potential partners.
